Uganda Police issue campaign guidelines restating ban on processions and use of ambulances in convoys

According to ChimpReports, the Uganda Police Force issued new campaign security and conduct guidelines, restating a ban on campaign processions and directing candidates to meet supporters only at designated venues. Police also barred the use of ambulances as lead vehicles in convoys and warned that people who break the guidelines will be held personally accountable, even if they are arrested later.
