According to Xinhua, carried by The Independent, State Minister for International Affairs Henry Oryem Okello said Uganda aligns with the African Union in opposing Israel's recognition of Somaliland. He said Uganda upholds the principle that borders existing at independence should be maintained, changeable only through constitutional processes or a referendum.
