UNOC appoints Vitol to market Uganda's crude oil allocation ahead of exports

The Uganda National Oil Company announced in a statement that global commodities trader Vitol has been appointed to market the crude oil allocation of the government and UNOC ahead of exports planned for early next year. Energy Minister Monica Musenero said in the statement that the appointment showed Uganda moving from development to delivery.
