UPC's Vincent Opito unseats long-serving NRM MP Felix Okot Ogong in Dokolo South

The Daily Monitor reports that UPC candidate Vincent Opito won the Dokolo South seat in the January 15 election with 18,024 votes to 11,161 for NRM's Felix Okot Ogong. According to the paper, Okot Ogong had represented the constituency since 1996.
