According to the Daily Monitor, a serving UPDF captain attached to the Special Forces Command, whose photograph had been placed on NIRA's 'Wall of Shame', was arraigned before a Grade One magistrate. He is accused of taking Shs200,000 from a woman after allegedly claiming he could get her an express national identity card.
