According to ChimpReports, Chief of Defence Forces Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba and a UPDF delegation were received by NORINCO President Chen Defang at the company's headquarters, toured its facilities and discussed areas of cooperation. The visit was part of a week of engagements in China that also included a meeting with China's Special Representative on African Affairs, Liu Yuxi.
