Vice President Jessica Alupo arrived in Washington DC on Wednesday night to represent President Museveni at the signing of the Washington Accords for Peace and Prosperity between DR Congo and Rwanda, according to Nile Post. The ceremony, hosted by US President Donald Trump, was due to take place the following day with other regional leaders attending.
