West Nile leaders ban entertainment events for 30 days over Ebola risk

According to the Daily Monitor, leaders in the West Nile sub-region banned entertainment events for 30 days to prevent large gatherings during the Ebola outbreak in DR Congo. The Alur Kingdom's communications director separately advised against cultural gatherings, last funeral rites and other large celebrations.
