Policy & Legislation Single source Uganda (national) 20 Jul 2026 Severity: 1/5

Minister Fred Byamukama told MPs that no road, bridge or infrastructure civil works contract should be signed before at least half of the required land is acquired, and that President Museveni has guided that the threshold be raised to 75%.
