Armed men kidnap two children from a home in Njeru Municipality, Buikwe

According to police, two armed, masked men stormed a home in Njeru Municipality at about 7pm and kidnapped two brothers aged 10 and six, later demanding a Shs100m ransom from the family. Security officials said a domestic worker was injured and locked in a bedroom after raising an alarm. The children were later recovered and reunited with their parents.
