Bunyoro Chief Prince Ruchunya says PM Byakutaga's term is over and replacements have begun, in Hoima

Speaking to journalists in Hoima, Bunyoro-Kitara Kingdom Chief Prince Fred Mugenyi Ruchunya said the contracts of Prime Minister Andrew Byakutaga and the Royal Commission ended in June 2024 and demanded that they apologise to subjects. He said the kingdom had started replacing these leaders. According to ChimpReports, Byakutaga maintains that his appointment has no fixed end date and that only the Omukama can remove him.
