The Third Division Court Martial sitting in Moroto sentenced a Local Defence Unit member to 30 years in prison on his own plea of guilty, ChimpReports reports. Prosecutors said he left Malu detach with his gun, got drunk and fired recklessly, killing a civilian from Rengem sub county and injuring two people.
