Kakuuto MP Lutaaya alleges vote manipulation; Minister Kasolo denies involvement

Kakuuto MP Geoffrey Lutaaya accused security agencies of interfering with the election and said he caught an Electoral Commission official ticking ballot papers for his opponent, according to ChimpReports. He accused Minister of State for Microfinance Haruna Kyeyune Kasolo of orchestrating the alleged manipulation; Kasolo denied this, saying he was in Kyotera and held no meeting in Kakuuto.
