Koboko North aspirant Ocur Rasul withdraws from race after talks with NRM leaders

Ocur Rasul, an NRM-leaning aspirant for Koboko North, withdrew at nomination, saying NRM party leaders had asked him on Monday to step down and mobilise for the party 'with a promise of a brighter future'.
