At a campaign rally in Bududa, President Museveni said funds were now available to tarmac the long-delayed Bubulo–Namisindwa–Bududa circular road, according to The Observer. He was accompanied by his daughter Natasha Museveni Karugire and spoke on peace, electricity, schools and wealth creation.
