Museveni publicly questions Maracha deputy RDC over Shs50m youth Sacco funds at Nyadri rally

At a rally in Maracha District, President Museveni asked Deputy RDC Monica Koliba to account for Shs50 million that State House sent to a local youth Sacco of industrial skilling hub graduates, after residents accused her of lying. According to Nile Post, NRM Vice Chairperson for Northern Uganda Hamson Obua was told to check with the bank and later reported that the account held the funds intact. Museveni also warned that officials who steal Parish Development Model money would face the law.
