According to ChimpReports, NRM Secretary General Justine Kasule Lumumba inaugurated the Ntungamo NRM Action Network Association, a youth group formed to campaign for NRM flag bearers, at Ankole Resort in Ntungamo Municipality. The outlet reported that she told NRM-leaning independent candidates to leave the party rather than run against its flag bearers, and donated two motorcycles to the association, whose patron is Rushenyi MP Mwesigwa Rukutana.
