ChimpReports reports that Robert Kyagulanyi (Bobi Wine) addressed residents of Nebbi at around midday about his presidential bid, after his Pakwach rally. He said supporters were being beaten by police and referred to the 2018 events in Arua, in which he said his driver was killed.
