NUP moves manifesto launch in Mbarara to 7 November

NUP president Robert Kyagulanyi said the party's manifesto launch in Kakoba Division, Mbarara, would take place on Saturday 7 November instead of Friday, to allow party leaders to attend the burial of Sheikh Anas Kaliisa. He said the Electoral Commission and police had been notified of the venue.
