Nile Post reports that NUP presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu held a mobilisation engagement with residents of Butebo District, accompanied by NUP Deputy President for Eastern Uganda John Baptist Nambeshe. Residents raised complaints about services and evictions from swamp land, and Kyagulanyi asked for their support in the 2026 elections.
