NUP presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi holds campaign rally in Serere town

Nile Post reports that NUP presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi (Bobi Wine) addressed a campaign rally in Serere town, urging voters to reject tribal divisions and criticising corruption. He alleged that the government had tried to frustrate his campaign, including by restricting movement through security forces, and said fear of intimidation kept some supporters away.
