Police and the army sealed off Hoima Booma grounds, where ANT presidential candidate Gen Mugisha Muntu had planned a rally, and blocked his campaign team led by Kasese Woman MP Winnie Kiiza, according to ChimpReports. Albertine regional police spokesperson Julius Hakiza said police and the army had already booked the venue, while ANT regional coordinator Jackson Wabyoona said the Hoima City Town Clerk had cleared the rally.
