Police block Kyagulanyi's planned Kyegegwa rally venue, diverting him to Kibuye Primary School

The Independent reports that NUP presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi, starting his Tooro campaign, was blocked at Kibuye trading centre from reaching his planned rally at Humura Primary School playground in Kyegegwa town council and diverted to Kibuye Primary School playground. His supporters were at first blocked from following him but were allowed through after negotiations with police.
