According to NUP spokesman Joel Ssenyonyi, security agencies raided the hotel where members of Robert Kyagulanyi's advance team were staying in Kyegegwa district and arrested them ahead of his campaign there. Ssenyonyi said the team members were told they had broken curfew rules, though they were found in their rooms, and he described the arrests as an attempt to frustrate the campaign.
