Police caution NUP against processions and rallies ahead of Mbarara manifesto launch

ChimpReports reports that AIGP Abas Byakagaba, police zonal commander for Ankole and Kigezi, warned the National Unity Platform to follow Ministry of Health and Electoral Commission guidelines at its planned manifesto launch in Mbarara City. He said processions, rallies and unregulated assemblies were prohibited and that police had response teams ready.
