Pre-marked ballots found at Aloet Aakum B polling station in Soroti City East; one woman arrested

Voters at Aloet Aakum B polling station in Soroti City East protested after finding pre-marked ballot papers in polling station boxes, the Daily Monitor reported. A resident said she saw people marking ballots early in the morning and that police arrested one woman during the scuffle.
