International Relations Verified Wakiso 26 Oct 2026 Severity: 1/5

Cabinet approved moving an additional six acres of government land from the Ministry of Agriculture to the United Nations Regional Service Centre in Entebbe, taking its allocation from 20 to 26 acres. Minister Justine Kasule Lumumba announced the decision the next day at the Uganda Media Centre, saying the centre had used up its current space as it takes on more responsibilities. According to ChimpReports, the government did not disclose the land's value or the transfer timetable.
