Chief of Defence Forces Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba met Nation Media Group shareholders and executives, including Rostam Aziz, at the Special Forces Command headquarters in Entebbe over the closure of the group's Ugandan outlets. According to a brief from the CDF's office, reports the government considers biased were reviewed and the owners committed to a 'more patriotic' approach. Muhoozi said he would report to President Museveni before a final decision on reopening the outlets.
