Citizen petitions Gen Muhoozi alleging land fraud by Wakiso-Kyadondo Registrar of Titles

According to ChimpReports, an anonymous petitioner wrote to CDF Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba in a letter dated 22 May 2026, alleging that the Registrar of Titles at the Wakiso-Kyadondo Ministry Zonal Office registered letters of administration from a different estate on land at Namugongo, lifted a caveat and High Court orders, and processed a subdivision using a mutation form attributed to a deceased proprietor. The petitioner asked for an explanation of the registrar's decisions and her suspension pending investigation. The registrar had not responded to the outlet by press time.
