DRC envoy briefs Museveni at State House Entebbe on FDLR disarmament plan

Congolese Minister for Regional Integration Floribert Anzuluni Isiloketshi met President Museveni at State House Entebbe, carrying a message from President Félix Tshisekedi on the eastern DRC peace process, ChimpReports reported. According to the Congolese ministry, the talks covered a protocol for the voluntary surrender and demobilisation of the FDLR, and the envoy presented a roadmap for its implementation.
