FDC says its candidates' campaign posters were torn or covered in Gulu city

Gulu City FDC chairperson Patrick Oola Lumumba told URN that posters of FDC candidates on several Gulu streets had been torn or covered with Museveni's posters over about two weeks, suspected NRM agents, and said he would take the matter to the Electoral Commission. A URN reporter saw FDC posters defaced or covered, and also a few Museveni posters covered by opposition ones; NRM Gulu City media coordinator Samuel Oyet Agwani denied the accusation and said FDC members were defacing their own posters.
