According to The Observer, a fourth government evacuation flight brought 166 Ugandans from Durban to Entebbe International Airport on Monday, where officials led by Ambassador Dickens Ogwang received them. The returnees were taken to the National Leadership Institute in Kyankwanzi for psychosocial support and reintegration training. Uganda's Ambassador to South Africa, Paul Amoru, said the flight brought the total voluntarily repatriated under the programme to 730, following unrest and xenophobic attacks on foreign nationals in South Africa.
