High Court upholds disqualification of NUP's Mathias Walukagga from Busiro East race

The High Court upheld a decision barring National Unity Platform politician Mathias Walukagga from contesting the Busiro East parliamentary seat over academic qualifications, Nile Post reported. His lawyer Elias Luyimbaazi Nalukoola said legal options were exhausted and argued the matter was decided 'more politically than legally'. NUP has no flag bearer in the constituency.
