ICT Minister Baryomunsi defends security deployment at Bobi Wine's home in Magere

At a press briefing at the Media Centre in Kampala, ICT Minister Chris Baryomunsi said the security personnel at NUP leader Robert Kyagulanyi's home are there for monitoring and not to harm him, citing what he called intelligence on plans to cause insurrection. He said the government did not want to arrest Kyagulanyi, called Gen Muhoozi's social media posts unofficial "cavalier comments", and said courts were the place to challenge the election result.
