Kaliro RDC office refuses permission for schools to take students to Museveni rally in Bulumba

Kaliro Assistant RDC Rogers Kiduma said his office refused requests from head teachers to take students to President Museveni's rally venue in Bulumba Town Council, the Daily Monitor reported. He said the aim was to counter claims that crowds at the President's rallies included students ferried from schools. A head teacher whose request was refused expressed disappointment.
