According to ChimpReports, NUP leader Robert Kyagulanyi (Bobi Wine) addressed supporters in Kaliro, pledging free education, higher pay for security personnel, better hospitals and a home-grown school feeding programme. His wife Barbie Kyagulanyi also spoke at the rally, appealing to voters to support him.
