Kisoro RDC Peter Mugisha repeats threats to shoot NUP supporters in Murora sub-county

The Independent reports that Kisoro RDC Captain Peter Mugisha repeated his threats in Murora sub-county, saying security operatives would shoot NUP supporters who lit fires on roads to welcome Robert Kyagulanyi and that those who demonstrate should first dig their graves. He was also reported to have told security officers to tie up Kyagulanyi's supporters. NUP's Kisoro Municipality candidate Tana Salim Mukakwera said the threats incite unrest.
