Kween LCV chairperson locks out district staff, including CAO, over late reporting

Kween District LCV chairperson Paul Majinjach Kapchemaiko deployed police at the district headquarters gate and kept staff, including the chief administrative officer, out from about 8am to 11:35am over what he described as persistent late coming. He then held an emergency meeting, issued a final warning and said he would continue the practice; a staff member said discipline should be enforced through dialogue and established procedures.
