Kyagulanyi's campaign convoy blocked from main road to Ngora massacre memorial site and diverted

NUP presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi's convoy was blocked from using the main road to the Ngora massacre memorial site after a stop at Koloin trading centre and diverted via the Koloin–Ngora road, according to Nile Post. Kyagulanyi alleged that NRM supporters blocked the roads to keep him from historical sites and that police and military looked on. Earlier that day he alleged that Speaker Anita Among had organised groups to attack his team in Bukedea.
