Uganda Prisons spokesperson Frank Baine said a warder at Ngora Prison has been summoned before the prisons disciplinary committee for posting videos criticising NRM leaders and singing political party songs on social media. Baine said the misconduct and indiscipline charges could lead to dismissal, depending on the committee's findings.
