Museveni meets Ethiopian Deputy Prime Minister Demeke Mekonnen on Tigray crisis at Gulu State Lodge

President Yoweri Museveni met Ethiopia's Deputy Prime Minister Demeke Mekonnen Hassen and his delegation at Gulu State Lodge to discuss the conflict in Ethiopia's Tigray region. In a statement on his social media page, Museveni said the talks focused on peace and security in Ethiopia and called for immediate negotiations so that the war is not prolonged.
