NRM's Daniel Kananura asks Wakiso High Court to let him withdraw Kira Municipality petition

According to the Daily Monitor, former NRM candidate Daniel Kananura, through his lawyer, asked Justice George Okello of the High Court in Wakiso to let him withdraw his petition against NUP MP George Musisi without paying costs. Lawyers for Mr Musisi and the Electoral Commission opposed the request, saying their clients had incurred substantial costs.
