NUP offices in Gulu vandalised; Kyagulanyi accuses police of shielding attackers

National Unity Platform offices in Gulu were vandalised, according to Nile Post. NUP presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi said police failed to act against those responsible and instead obstructed NUP activities in the city; police had not commented by press time.
