Opposition MPs' oversight visit to Lubowa International Specialised Hospital site blocked by locked gate

According to the Daily Monitor, Leader of Opposition Joel Ssenyonyi, members of his shadow Cabinet and other MPs went to inspect construction progress at the long-delayed Lubowa International Specialised Hospital but found the gate locked. The paper reports the team had clearance from the Ministry of Health, and that their repeated knocking and demands to enter went unanswered.
