Police and army block Amuriat's route into Arua City; he removes barricades and walks to rally

According to the Daily Monitor, police and military officers blocked FDC presidential candidate Patrick Oboi Amuriat on Lemerijoa road to divert him away from Arua city. The paper reports that Amuriat left his vehicle, used a boda boda, removed the barricades and walked to Gaaga Market in Oli Division, after which security officers escorted the crowd to Arua Primary School ground without using teargas.
