Police arrest 29 NUP supporters at Bujjuko on Mityana highway during Kyagulanyi campaign

Security personnel arrested 29 National Unity Platform supporters at Bujjuko Trading Centre on the Mityana highway during presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi's campaign movement. Kampala Metropolitan Police spokesperson Patrick Onyango said the group had blocked the road and ignored warnings, and that those arrested were held at Wakiso Police Division. Police also said Kyagulanyi had used Hoima Road, which they said was against the agreed route plan.
