Police say they detained youths transporting old tyres towards Entebbe ahead of inauguration

A police source told Uganda Radio Network that over the weekend before the inauguration police apprehended a group of youths who had bought many old car tyres and were transporting them to areas around Entebbe. The source linked the operation to social media slogans claiming the President would not be sworn in.
