Rebecca Kadaga nominated as NRM candidate for Kamuli District Woman MP seat

According to the Nile Post, First Deputy Prime Minister Rebecca Kadaga was nominated to seek a seventh term as Kamuli District Woman MP on the NRM ticket, arriving at the nomination centre in a procession of supporters. The outlet reports that independent candidates Ritah Nakisige and Naikoba Kanakutanda were also nominated for the seat, with further candidates expected the following day.
