Rubanda District Deputy Speaker sentenced to three years for contempt of court in land dispute

According to ChimpReports, Rubanda Principal Grade I Magistrate Isaac Rukundo convicted District Deputy Speaker Pierre Nyetegyereize Mbabazi of contempt of court and sentenced him to three years at Rubanda Prison. The court found he had kept occupying land despite an earlier order in a civil suit directing him to vacate it.
