Security clears NUP's Kyagulanyi to campaign in Kagadi under set conditions

Security officials cleared NUP presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu to hold a campaign rally in Kagadi district, according to The Independent. Kagadi RDC Lillian Ruteraho said police would receive him at Muzizi Bridge and allow him three minutes to wave to supporters in Muhorro town council before his rally at Kagadi Model Primary School. The RDC and the district police commander warned supporters against crowding and disorder.
